Due to a recent spate of spam and abusive contacts we have unfortunately had to apply a terms of use policy to our site.

By using our web-forms you agree to be bound by these terms.

Open Eye Consulting will store the following information from your accessing our site:

1. We will keep for a period of one month (minimum) a record of your IP address
2. We will keep a copy of your contact details (IE the Email address your provided) for a minimum of two months on record
3. We will record the access times and actions completed on this site for a minimum of two months

Open Eye Consulting will store all information in an encrypted form on our secure server, the information is recorded purely to help fight spam and track abusive users.

OEC will not use this information for any other reason and will not provide this information to any other entity except when required by law.
